1. Cancellation Window

  • Following the 6-hour period, modifications may not be possible if the order has already been processed or prepared for fulfillment.

  • Orders that have already shipped or entered final production cannot be canceled or modified after the 6-hour window.
  • Customized or made-to-order items may have stricter cancellation policies and might not be eligible for cancellation if production has begun.
